I don't understand why we need 3 "sets" of "Hyper Trigs". I have 1 and it works fine.. please explain.

i don't know the exact time but after a period o time they pause like normal triggers
that's why we use 3 because that period of time will be longer.

For clarification:
The "next ending occurrence" (NEO) will occur after a time with hyper triggers. This is a normal trigger "cooldown" period. It is unavoidable. It will always happen.
By adding in more sets of hyper triggers we push the time when the NEO will happen back.
If I recall, four hyper trigger blocks will make the NEO occur after 2 weeks
