Why do all of you use Imageshack.. Seriously, get photobucket or something.. I can't stand to have to close out of 3 windows every time I look at somebodies desktop in the "Post Your Desktop"...

You dont have to make an account on image shack and on image shack it doesnt have a pixel limit

As has been stated, Imageshack's extremely conveniant, for the poster atleast.
You make the file, go to Imageshack, find the file, submit the file, and copy/paste the appropriate URL.
I never even knew that it had popups... XD

Hawk you got to be kidding us. Image hack is the most faster and probably most clean image hosting service around. I have no idea what 3 windows are you talking about. You can use direct links to image(hotlinks) so it will load only the image lol.
Photobucklet on the other hand is not pernament hosting, they have bandrwrite that runs out hell of a fast. In sig rating topic, 1 dude posts his sigs with PB and after a wekk nobody can view it anymore. Damn lame, if you ask me.

I've never had a bandwidth probelm with PB, and' I've had it for almost 3 years now. Imageshack loads too slowly for me, and I don't like the GUI for linking. I just want to be able to see the picture, not some "Imageshack. Upload here!" crap around it. How hard is it to make an account? It auto logs in...

I dunno is it bandwright, but I see "sorry this picture is not here" and stuff from PB A LOT. I have even seen whole webpages all covered with PB errors because they hosted their images there.

Well, for personal use, it's great, but I'd not suggest running a site with the images.
My forum uses the pics for the forum pictures. I have roughly 10 or so and I get about 3-10 hits a day, so I'm doing good, I suppose >.>

Firefox has a good pop-up blocker, I never get pop-ups unless I allow them, that little banner thing pops us saying that it blocked one, but its like 10 pixels tall! Dont notice it sometimes

Thats weird, the little bar never shows up when I visit Images hack, I didn't even know they have pop ups lol.

I'm pretty sure Photobucket doesn't either, at least mine...
It says the picturei sn't there if you stop hosting it, but thats optional..
I'm pretty sure Photobucket loads faster.. and ImageShack has a pop up every time you view one of their pictures and then close it -_- I have a pop-up blocker, and FireFox, too
And it's pretty easy to sign up and then automatically log on.. it's not like you'll ever have to go searching for that image's URL again, it's saved on your account ;\
