well, that's quite simple.

We must achieve peace aggresively, or else the peace will not be sustained. That's one way.

Another way (my personal favorite) is to set a puppet government up over the entire world, let them take over the world for us, become their right hand man, than betray them and say that they are corrupted and evil. Being the next in line, we get the world!
