Is there a written text version of it somewhere? My sound doesn't work. Latest theories point to the sound card being broken, but it hasn't been confrimed yet.
Your description reminds me of an AOL rep who wouldn't let a man cancel his account. He called and asked if he could get rid of it because he didn't use it anymore, but the rep told him "You'll thank me later" and just wouldn't let the man cancel his account.

Im pretty sure some telemarketers aren't aloud to hang up, usually instead of flipping out i'd try to sell them something back
but if i was the guy I'd tell her if people didn't want to die from phone calls, then get a cell phone or don't have a phone,
