Ok heres the problem when i use the lasso and double click in one area intentionally or not it automatically closes the selection. This after a while gets very annoying especially where you are at very intricate areas and this stupid error happens. Now does anyone know how to cancel this command?

See the little boxes at the top. Click the first one that says "make new selection". I think you have it on "subtract from selection" or something.

nono its like when you are making a selection and you double click it automatically closes the selection.

Indeed that is annoying if u are working with big things, and have to start all over i dunno if it is possible to turn it off or change the command that closes the selction, but it's said that it is preffered to use the Pen tool for cropping sometimes.

Uh..it does that for me too. I guess just dont double click.
But if that happens go up to those boxes again and click add to selection.

I tought you can use undo with selection.

Well yes when u want to cancel all selection, but when u want to get to a step when u had half the work done? :/

Nope it steps back the whole thing u were doing with the lasso, not parts of it..

happens to me all the time when i render. It's part of the job. xD Just be more careful.
