Add the "Do Damage" opcode in its walking animation.

I think it should be in flingy, if that helps any (there are a few exceptions to this rule though, so I'm not sure)
BroodKiller is refering to the iscript opcode I belive, not anything in the dats. Which is a great way of making it do the damage without affecting the weapons targetability. However if you just want to make it hit buildings, it is much easier. Just set the desired rocket as a units ground weapon and set the ground targeting flag for the weapon. Units.dat, and Weapons.dat
I was referring to the iscript, it has a section called "Flingy"
