Seems like theres a lull in the number of major infractions I've seen. (Major flames and such on a downward slope.)
This is just my silent compliment to sen members for not being very noisy and bothersome.

Yeah, definitely. I think the policy changes and more defined rules are helping moderators and posters out a bit in knowing what isn't allowed. Plus, I'm generally more active in terms of giving out verbal warns, so people are starting to learn not to do things like that.

They do keep me motivated. Red Queen principle. 
Also, there's quite a few more moderators on individual forums. That was a big change which I think helped out a bit.

Yes it's been a VERY long while since I've gotten a report. And when I do get them, they don't come in bulk, like they use to in the past
