How do you jus make a SC program game, without logging on? like...say the game is in you Documents folder on your computer, you click on the icon to play the game, then it brings you directly to the story thing...

You could try editing the .bin files (not iscript.bin), and changing the startup links.
I think where the loading screen brings you is hardcoded,
but you could try replacing where brings you with the campaign screen.

Q1: mpqdraft > create self-executable MPQ
