Cause in recent reports they say nose picking is healthy and can even promote a good lifestyle. They even say that picking your nostril cleans your airway and eating the mucus helps the immune system. Do you think is true?

Well to make it easier knowing someone will say that there are 2 choices per option.
So if you said yes you do the following. Just pick your nose or you can say you eat the mucus.
But
If you say no you can either say "Its like eww" or you say "I scratch my butt"

OR you could've made it less confusing by making 4 options each with a 2 yeses and 2 noes. And each of those with 2 options. But, I'm sure you're smart enough to figure that out.

I did as a child, and eat them too. I think that's what helped my immune system be so strong. Occasionally I'll pick it and throw them away or something when it's really a lot in there.

I'm not voting >_>. Though to people who say it's nasty, you swallow enough mucus everyday for it not to really matter. Plus you have to get those tough ones out somehow ^_^.

I'll be honest. Sometimes, crap just won't come out when I blow, so I just pick a bit out with a tissue while blowing, and I make sure no one sees. But not with my finger, thats eww, and eating it, that's eww....xD
