Can someone take me thru all the steps of posting a screenshot? I've selected a map and clicked make jpeg. And now There's a mini map of the map. But i dunno how to attatch to posts.. because you can't copy and paste pictures on posts rite? (or can u? .. i dunno)

Go to any site like photobucket make your own account(It's free, you only need a good e-mail).
Upload any images you want.
Copy the html code of the image.
IE: [*IMG]http://yourimagehere.jpg[/IMG] (Without the * thing)
The when you are writing your post you paste the html code. The picture won't appear, but when you make the post it will.
Always use a jpg, some others like .gif or .bmp(not sure if those are the right ones) won't work here in SEN.
