k well im not to pro at this but my friend is a pro and he started when he was 9. Learn html first. Its much easier. You gotta know html by heart to do php etc. So try out html first, and get some books from libarbys cause you can create your own scripts and w/e with books. Its sorta like map making, there are also some commands and you can tinker with, and so on. If you want someone to work with just pm me cause im learning html too biggrin.gif

First thing you want to do is learn HTML, it's pretty straight forward so if you can't learn it from Google then stop trying.

After this learn CSS or JavaScript. (You don't actually need to learn advanced JS but basics will help you.)

At this point you don't need a host, just save things as .html in notepad and open them on your computer until you get it right.

Now try learning PHP, Perl, or Python. Get a host, I use addyour.net and awardspace.com. They're both free hosts with lots of bandwidth and space. (And MySQL accounts, which be useful.)
