<b>Guidelines (read me before uploading files)</b>
<ul type="circle">
<li>Don't randomly upload tons of files from your maps/download/ folder. We go for quality, not quanity. Uploading 50 files does not earn you any brownie points with us.</li>
<li>Update your files instead of uploading new ones where it is logical. There is no reason to spam us with 5 versions of the same bound with very little changes.</li>
<li>Do take note that your files will not be instantly available in the database. We check everything. This means do not go back and reupload the same file; it worked the first time. If it's not approved or rejected in a week, PM a member of the DLDB Team.</li>
<li>For everything that it's not a map (wavs, programs, etc), here's the general rule: If it can't really help the general population of map makers, we don't want it. There is very little reason to upload a 4mb sound wav.</li>
<li>Finally, fields marked with <font color='red'>*</font> must be filled in.</li>

Agreed.....setting up a DLDB requires MySQL and PHP and a host....that is just HTML. The exact source of SEN. Maybe try creating something of your own, and learning those required languages first.
