For me it sems that your system console cannot run the RAD tools, btw if you are going to ask for assistance, post in Modding Assistance, and do not make too much topics, you can make 1 and ask everything in it. tongue.gif
as for the GRP thing, as i told you in the other thread you made i don't use the RAD tools, i use Retro GRP which can be found in the download database.

The RADTools are for modding the portraits and movies in StarCraft, not the units themselves.

You need to get WinMPQ too... http://shadowflare.samods.org

Also download and install this, this and this. These three files should fix all errors (except perhaps the RADTools error)

Use DatEdit instead of Arsenal III, it won't give you all the problems in the future like Arsenal III

use winmpq to extract grp files.
use retrogrp to extract bmp files from grp files.
use paint/other to edit bmp files
use retrogrp to compile grp files
use winmpq to put into mpq files

Heres how I extract files, in 100% detail tongue.gif

1. find the folder WinMPQ is in, and run it.
2. click on File>Open...
3. find the MPQ you want to edit, for the default you should load StarDat.mpq, BrooDat.mpq, or patch_rt.mpq
4. right-click on a file, tell it to Extract, then select a folder and press OK
5. close WinMPQ

If you only see a bunch of unknowns, then you need a listfile...

here's the one I use
