I was wondering whether or not Clan forums should be "hidden" and the permission handout ability be given to moderators. It could be more of an incentive for joining but my idea is only a brain storm. Maybe it could be optional if some leaders wanted to do it. Also, Moose could do something like that if he didn't want them to have a public forum yet for people like [xM].

No, a lot of the content in the clan forums isn't only for clan eyes. (U) history is for everyone to read, and Mod Nights aren't only attended by members in [MM]. Theoretically, it would be a good idea, but with the way the clan forums are set up kills it.

Knowing Moose he would have some sort of illogical argument about how that "defeats the purpose" of having Clan forums hosted on SEN. I'd agree but.. for different reasons. Now, let's see if he can still manage to disagree with this idea now that's I've said what he would have said.. since he has to say something different out of spite.

If I can't have a hidden High Templar forum, clans aren't getting one either.

I believe this came up a while back before we got our clan forums (aside from (U)'s of course), except it was about closing off clan forums to members only. As Desperado said, that does defeat the purpose of hosting clan forums on SEN. SEN is after all a community, so the clans should be open to the community.

If the clan forums were to be invisible, they'd be no different than having private forums hosted elsewhere. They choose SEN for the publicity and the people.

No they choose forums because they need them. Your argument is false.
Moose you removed the High Templar forum yourself so don't use that as a reason. No point in leaving this open when the admin. says he won't change anything.

I wouldn't have removed the HT forum if everyone didn't whine about it, trust me. It was a "to shut everyone up" type of action.
