That modding tool kit isn't reccomended at all. Files that don't need to be in it:

EXE to MPQ

Memgraft BETA 0.1
MPQ Embedder

He just seemed to throw in every tool he could find. I mean, StarExeHack? What version was that for? If you know how to use the smaller ones, like LoEdit, you should also be capable of finding it yourself without downloading 10 mb of useless and outdated tools.
BTW, Moo: You don't need MPQ Compactor if you use WinMPQ.

Well, I second Ojan here. Let's see... you won't probably use EXE2MPQ more than a few times in your entire life, ICE sucks, ResHacker won't serve for anything but exporting the SC icon, SCAIEdit 2 is a dead-end (we've version 3, remember?) and SD is designed to work for SC 1.08, and only it's GRP-importer/Exporter is useful nowadys.
