Does anyone know of any notepad or word files that help users understand and use the ICE program?

Or maybe some tips for starters? anything would help really...

but if u didn't get a good informations about ice

then i'd tell u some of informations for ice use ways

1. if u get ICE-XP then there is help file which some included tutorials of ice

2. Acutaly, in this place not have many informations for ice
