OK... here is the message i get from the program:

PLEASE HELP ME
Because now I cannot play starcraft at all... and I do not want to reinstall it and such... ANY help would be very very much appreciated.
I'm freakin out...

The program I'm using is SCdowngrader... obviously seen as the title.
and I dl it from here:
RIGHT HERE
ADDITION:
NEED HELP BADLY
CAN'T RUN STARCRAFT
WILL DIE SOON
NEED HELP
MUST TEST MODS
I am serious guys any one that has any tidbit of information or suggestions PLEASE reply and tell me how to do what you suggest... I am out of ideas...

Reinstall Starcraft. That's probably all you can do.
My method of getting an earlier version was to copy all my Starcraft files to another folder, uninstall, reinstall in a third folder (called "Old Starcraft,") copy back the original, and download the patch for 1.13e directly from Blizzard's website. Kind of messy, but now I've got a copy for mod-testing and one for actually playing.

Did you modify any of the files in the mpq2k folder?

How odd.. I get it too..

It looks like the .zip file I had corrupted the MPQ. O.o
