I dont want anything that is noobish but I want something that can build customade templates, I got bluevoda but it sucks. I know the basics of html in my head like <b> bold <div align=right> <html> <title> <head> <body> and so on. But I need something that can help me with templates can someone give me a download link or seomthing?

I just dont know how to add the pictures into the templates cause the pictures dont load. thEY got that X in the top left. I got the template in my page but i cant get the pictures to come up

They have the X because the address to the image is wrong or the image doesn't exist.
If you want a text editor of HTML, use PSPad, but if you want a visual editor you should buy something like Dreamweaver. It creates the site for you, and you just drag stuff around.

Making webpages through Dreamweaver's output view sucks. Just use the HTML view, because it automatically ends tags for you, stuff like that.

If you want to make a template-type thing, use CSS (Cascading Style Sheets).
w3schools have excellent web building tutorials.

Some people find it much easier to make the site visually, nevertheless. Which is why it's a Dreamweaver feature.
