I've made square terrian before a while ago but i forgot how to do it...

Your talking about ISOM, But i suggest you use SCM Draft 2 or Starforge.
ISOM actually converts your map so you can't use normal terrain any more. Also it only allows 2x1 titles when SCM Draft 2 and Starforge both allow 1x1

Yeah, Starforge owns when it comes to square terrain. I never really tried SCM Draft, so I can't judge that, but SF let's you place square terrain of any size really easily. I love being able to adjust the size. Makes drawing up large areas quick and easy

The only difference I've had between the two is that for me, Starforge's entire terrain listing gets a slightly better framerate so it's easier for me to place stuff.. that and the custom brushes.

. I told SI like 99999999999999 times that SCMD2 needs a terrain brush size selection like SF's one, but he doesnt want to make it :/

He is woried about copying SF.
Hell he can make it a copy and paist feature and call it the clipboard for all I care It needs it if he wants to compeat with SF. That and a way to select tiles on the main map. Once SF gets a few things down like, Doodads then SCM Draft will fail to have any use in compairson.
