It would be nice to an option to login uner the forums index as well, I think, instead of always clicking the "Login" link.

dont they have an auto login everytime your on your logged in. thats what i got, like when u log in it asks if u want them to remember you?

It's ok if you connect from a single place only, whereas if you do this from different places, you need to login each time you want to post something as yourself.

I think it would be easiest if you just never logged out. Otherwise I don't think there's much of a difference between having a login area on the splash page as opposed to clicking one link to do it instead. Are you really that lazy?!

Hehe...maybe I am, dunno really...but certain places I connect to the net from have slow connections, and I sometimes have limited time to benefit from them, so it would be nice to have the login right at my face instead of loading all the images'n'stuff once more for the login page.

I dont like the sound of that, cause people would think your online. Itd just be wierd in my opinion.

But when your browser is closed, you aren't online. When your browser is open and on SEN, you're online. So they actually wouldn't think you're online all the time because you aren't.
I never log out because its just easier.
