Staredit. Go to "Highest" compression. Best you'll get.

First of all, is it going to be sound effects, or a song? If it's a song, converting from mp3 to wav could make it about 50 megs. So you'll have to record the wav in your windows recorder at a low kbps.

The map is hugh. The full version will be over 50 megs. Yoshi is going to give people the large wavs to insert into there mpq. (so they only have to download it once)
