ok as ive seen in yoshi's matrix map u can place a building like view if some one could tell me how i would be greatful

Corcor: Please change your text color to something darker.

You can get the building effect by placing individual tiles one at a time using Starforge.

Here, the image on the first post are no longer up. On the second page I have a sample map and Minimoose has a screen shot. I would look at those.
