K, I'm in Italy on vacation right now. But what I want to do when I get back from whatever I've done that day, is work on a map. Do I HAVE to have SC installed to run SCXE for example? Or can I just dl a couple of .dll files, dl SXCE and work on maps?

SCXE will require StarCraft/Brood War to be installed.
I don't know if StarForge will, but that should need the Visual Basic and stuff.

When I downloaded SF and SCXE the first time and the only time, I didn't need any aditional required files.

I belive Starforge does require it. Because in older versions SF wouldn't work if starcraft wasn't installed to the default folder unless you edited the registry.

Hmm ok....DAMN! Guess that's it for my mapping for the next two weeks. Thanks all.

What's the use of going to Italy, if you can't enjoy it?!

Yes yes I know It's just that when my family finally gets back from wherever we went, I ant something to do. It's usually just the (relatively) late hours, 10 oclock onwards.
