By the way this is not modding...
All you have to do is Press a key that comes with all keyboards that reads:
"Print Screen"
Yep it's right above the start and insert keys.
And to open PCX i recommend you Irfran View.
You can save them to any extention you want, Jpeg, BMP...in other.

Might I suggest saving as PNG? I save as PNG with compression level of 2 (using irfanview)

I use level 9 compression and I'm yet to see any distortions.
