Error: "This application has failed to start because Excal.dll was not found."
Anyone know where I can find this Excal file?

Don't use Arsenal III. It is buggy, has the formats wrong (ie corrupts some of your files), it's not perfectly stable etc...

As Moo said, use DatEdit. It is far superiour on every area.
