wow, im pretty amazed how do they do this?
the picture of the ling
bmp2scm gg (very gay program if you ask me)

The wireframe? They used diffirent values in the health boxes in SF. Check the map making tricks archive thingy.
Someone else can probably help you more.
www.google.com + "bmp2scm" (unless it's called something else..i'm pretty sure it's called this) + starcraft = program
bmp2scm is for terrain. If you want to change the wireframe you need to set a life amount higher than the max (like 30/25). After testing lots of values you'll find some good ones. For know how to do that go to the map making tricks archive and find in Reference Lists the article "Upgrading Unit's Life over its max". Stick with the section of that article where it says how to do it with units, not with sprite-units (you can't create sprite-units with triggers).
Well one combination for the dark glowing health is "5" in the bigger health box and "1" in the smaller health box. I think that only works for zerg units.
Clokr_, you can't make it like that since you have lives and also because it will just set it to 25 instead of 35(Zerg Regeneration).
It would be:
Big Health Box: 3
Small Health Box: 1
