Can someone please tell me why in DatEdit 1.1d the grp file numbers and iscript id numbers do not match with the numbers in IceCC. DatEdit says the nuke explsoin is grp file 348 and iscript id 133. In IceCC it is 318 in the images list. It is the same for other image files like venom. Why is this and is there any way to tell how image files are numbered in IceCC so i don't have to search through all 999?

Dunno why is that. DatEdit gives you raw DAT data, so I think maybe IceCC's list/DATs are old/corrupted?

r u sure did u saw number which like venom ?

when i saw that numbers they were diffrent

first off that datedit said correct number 2 u
as ur saying, nuke explsoin's grp is 348 and iscrpt id is 133
that match with numbers in decompiled iceCC text source
and as for venom, that isn't same like 318 in images number of list
that just used for nuke explsoin

and venom is use 488 grp file and 257 iscript id
besides that is 356 in images.dat list

As far as i know about old version, that is same with current lastest files for list and numbers

so i guess u saw mistake something or ur used iceCC files are corrupted

I just decompile the whole thing and cut out what I need. DatEdit displays the right iscript IDs, that is how I sort throug them. O.o

I think nirvanajung kind of said it, but I'm not sure, so I'll just post here. The images list is for images.dat, that's different from iscript ID, so the numbers are going to be different. IceCC doesn't have a list for iscript IDs, but there might be a box where you type it in (you'll have to check with someone who uses the IceCC UI because I use a script for my IceCC compilation).

Yeh you can type the ID in a box and then decompile whatever unit that turns out to be.. although when you type in the ID it doesn't tell you what the unit is untill you decompile it.
