Just recently, I installed "Charter Security Suite" which is a firewall/anti-virus program that my cable and internet provider give out for customers... Ever since I installed it, I CANNOT watch any music videos or listen to music off the internet. I'll click on the 'Play' button when it says 'Ready' and it'll check my connection, then go back to the 'Ready.' I'll keep clicking on play but it keeps going back to 'ready' and its really starting to piss me off... Is there anyone else who uses this program or know how to get the videos and music to start working again...?

Don't use crappy software, or figure out how to allow certain things threw your firewall.

Even though people dont like this that i use, Go Norton Anti-Virus IS FTW.
I use it. It helps o well if some people dont like it
