umm i dont know how to make it so theres a little picture next to and under my messages

(LoL i got a verbal warning for asking that question in the wrong forum.. you can all see a warn bar below my avatar that says 0% LoL)

Okay.. here is my time to help someone else.
This isn't as easy as u think.. and there is no other way (if you don't bother to do this then please don't) it's not just a copy and paste process.
You have to display a picture in a URL website and make a link to it.

Go to http://photobucket.com and sign up.
Save a picture u want in gif. format (and only gif. SEN don't support jpeg and other) then add it to your album. Then go to the part that says "Image" below ur posted picture. Copy the whole code out and paste it under where u want it to be. (it won't display when you are typing it up.. but it will when u submit it. If u're not sure always preview ur post) .

If you know all about the previouew s**t click your name (it appears with every post) and it will go to your profile. Then click on "change my avatar" then either choose it from your computer or paste the URL code in the URL bar section.

I'm not good at explaining and i don't proof read my posts.. if this sounds like c**p .. please can someone make it clearer.

#1. You need a picture editor handler like photoshop

Open ur pic in the saved file in photoshop
then save it some where like "New Folder"
then go to the lil bar above post reply where it says Browse Click browse then open ur pic
If it says it cant open that kind of file 2 things can eb wrong

It needs to be saved as: I dunno i cant check here (u cant post pics here i dont think)
if u want to save it as a certain type of file like

GTA:SA.gif

then under the save bar when u saved it in photoshop there is another bar open it and look for gif

I don't think he would understand, how about this? When you want to put just any old picture, look around on google, when you have found one, right click it, it should say properties at the bottom, then there should be a website next to the word "url". then copy that , go back to staredit.net and go to "controls" it is a bolded button, top right, then go to avatar, paste the website into the little bar and press ok, that's pretty much it.

mine are .jpg and .jpg are better it takes up less space.

You don't need that fancy stuff. I use Microsoft photo Editor and Paint which both work great with me. Both my avatar and signature where made in paint and Microsoft Photo Editor.
