Well, i've been looking for a Picture Editing Program (That's free of course) but i'm reluctant to find one.

Can anyone help me out here?

But anything that costs it going to be worth it I did my sig on Corel Photo-Paint.
I'm a noob photoshoper and i was able to make a cool looking sig wink.gif

paint shop pro or as kow said, gimp which is easier to use but paint shop pro has more devices such as a gif animation editor. I dont have it but i know that it does.

Or you can just try the trial of adobe photoshop.

Be warned that image editing software takes up massive ammounts of RAM. Especially Photoshop.

Any feature in Photoshop that isn't in GIMP is probably a worthless feature... Not to mention 2.4 coming out any time now.

Every intersection and outcropping is dragable, even being able to flip over, if you're careful.
