I don't know who Yuber is, but his name reminds me of Tuber. And potatoes are not badass. But they are delicious.

Yuber is the epitome of bada** in Suikoden. He totally dominated the protagonist side without lifting a finger, has the tendency to kill without supervision, and is also known as the notorious "Black Knight."
Just like Sephiroth, I'd call that a +2.
