Hi, I'm new to the boards, and if any of you haven't read the Welcome board, here it is.
I open this discussion to address this issue, do you believe me?
I am looking for support and have gathered only little evidence so far.
1) I have my version that says 'Made By: KhaosKreator' and he has his that says 'Made By:Scorpion'. This caught my eye because, his screenname on battle net is XX-Scorpion-XX. But I don't know if blizzard banned him yet. (See #2)
2) We have undisputed evidence that Scorpion was trying to take advantage of new players, but he says his online scam didn't fool anyone. I know that he tricked 9 people, and got 9 cd-keys off his website scam, but he denies it entirely. I didn't even know about the website until Xeno(U) told me about it. Anyways, he sent 9 bots to my channel and spammed it up. My friend got a screenshot and sent it to blizzard, but we have yet to hear form them yet. I currently do not have the picture, and will post it when he logs on.
3) Compare the map styles of the terrain in my newest map, Dungeon Depths, to Blitz Ball, along with the colors I usually use. You may come across some similarities. Dungeon Depths also shows that I am a very apt map maker, so why am I trying to 'steal' scorpions map? I am merely trying to claim credit where it is due, and want to stop him from stealing other maps in the future. My newer map is much more popular than BlitzBall will ever be.
One last thing, scorpion posted a screenshot of a PM I supposable sent to him in the other thread, but I claim it as false. Why would I confess in a PM to him? And more importantly, why is the text misaligned like that? Scorpion simply modified the image before posting it, you can tell because my signature and the text should line up perfectly, that and the text looks awkward.
So please, discuss what you think of Scorpion and I, and say whos side your on.

I think you have the wrong guy. The Scorpion here uses the name Scorpion- on Bnet, and I don't even think he makes maps. :/

Well if you bothered to look at his profile, you would see that his screen name is XX-Scorpion-XX.
And sorry for making this unclear but this whole event happened on USWest.

XX-Scorpion-XX was his West name, Scorpion- was his East name, until he used YOUR map to join (U).

Yea, I got the name from final fantasy X. I even had the fancy Blitz Ball music, but I removed it because the download was too long.

Heh...You found me out...I did steal that map..
Me And KhaosKreator use to be friends...but...tobe honest...KhaosKreator showed no respect...He was a total complete Ásshole..So constantly i cursed at him...Made fun of him /f m ....and spammed in his Channel..and no u dumbÁss it was 7 bots not 9
I swore never to see his crappy username ever again...i removed from /f list and squelched him...Once getting move involved into SEN..i decided to make a map...Yes make a map...But....I had just thought of a great idea...How bout i go the easy way and Steal a map..

Blizzard cares A LOT about scams involving CD key theft. They take it very seriously.
