1. Hiring Doodan for Moderator for Misc/Lite Discussion. This would enable some other moves, such as Kaboom, Cheeze, or Rantent to Team Projects & Campaigns. All in favor and all opposed, speak now.
2. We need some moderators for Team Projects & Campaigns. Rantent or CheeZe, I can take either of you off of Null and put you there.
3. Nominate some moderators for the Terrain forum, someone who's actually active there. I don't go there much, so I don't know. I would like a second moderator there, but I just don't know who. Whoever reads there, give me some input please.
4. I'd like to hire another global moderator. BeeR_KeG vanishing was a big enough blow, but now we're down another. The way I'm thinking of doing it is taking a big poll where members can vote for the elevation of any staffer.

1. Strongly agreed; and I would reccommend CheeZe for Teams & Projects because he generally seems more geared toward the mapping side of the site.

3. I don't go there myself a lot, but there seem to be a lot of egotistical hotheads around the Terrain forum. Choose carefully.

3. Good idea as well, although I'm not familiar with whose active there.
4. Yes we definately need one, but having a big poll is a bad idea. It's going to be a popularity contest. We should be the ones that decide upon this matter.

One year ago I'd mod the discussion forums. Now I just see them as useless.

Syphon is fairly active in Terrain and he's already a moderator... I'd recommend him.

I'd say choose a person who's on SEN a LOT. No, not the oldest, but whoever is currently active. Oh and that person should also want to become promoted.
I haven't been around the mapping forums, but are they really in need of more mods? Do people simply curse without knowing it's obviously not a good thing to do?
