Does anyone know the trigger for uncloaking a dt? Ive already looked through the tutorial and found nothing

I know nothing and not sure is this right but i heard that DT uncloacking was destroyed by a patch.. But if you need a computer to see it then you can just give vision.

you can use a hallucinated dt however its pretty much only good for show so its cool to use in a movie map

So no, you really can't uncloak a dt anymore, excluding hallunications. You either have to parasite detect, have a nearby detector, or give vision.

Snappy comeback the fact that triggers uncloak seems impossible but its impossible to uncloak a dt unless you start modding.

Try an observer ;p.
Anyway, sorry for that useless comment, but you could try a computerized observer, have it share vision and put it in a place where people probably wouldn't notice it.
1.14 did a few things that can hurt (such as the fact that I can't make a cloaked canal for those D&D rps. I LOVE surprising the heroes with that!)

All of you who suggested obs..that's NOT uncloaking a DT, that's only giving you vision of A CLOAKED DT.
The patch probably destroyed it. If you're going to mod, might have to do alot of editting.

Not really except all you have to do is modify the option of Permently cloak and uncheck it and finish the mod. But theres no point to that so just do what they say and use an ob to center or vision or parasite. It seems its impossible to uncloak it now rather then you downgrade starcraft and do it from there.
