Simple: List whatever's on your task bar at the time (just minimized programs, none of the other crap).
Currently, I have Windows Live Messenger, Fx, ICE, WinMPQ, MPQDraft and Datedit.

EternalChat, iTunes, 3 folders (Contest Mod, Modding Tools, SC 1.13e), Firefox (with 6 tabs), Trillian conversation window (3 tabs), WinMPQ, TBLPad, IceCC, StarGraft, MemGraft, DatEdit, RetroGRP.

Totally, safest web browser, fastest... very customizable... I would recommend customizing it, when it's set on default settings, they give you a lot of stuff that you don't need, and you can customize it with subtraction...
If you need any help with switching to it or anything, just ask

Really, you have iscript.bin open? Maybe iscript.txt, but I don't see any way you could have iscripty.bin open, except inside a different program.
