I wanted to try some GRP editing, combining units and such, because it looks so cool. I downloaded WinMPQ and RetroGRP. I used WinMPQ to open up Stardat.mpq, and there were a whole load of files named unknown and numbered. I figured I just wanted GRPs, so in the list section I put "*.grp", nothing came up. There were Broodwar units in Broodat.mpq, I got a valkyrie. But I also want regular units, like carriers, scouts, shuttles.

you need this:

-open up winmpq

-go to options

-go to filelists

-add list file

-find the file you just downloaded

-done!

Units will be under

unit\(insert race here)\(insert unit here)
