well, i'm finally able to connect to the wifi connection thru the ds to play mario kart, yay!
anyway, sorry if there's some threads asking this...but would anyone want to add me and play with me sometime? i know there's also wifi connects id stickied there, but if you want to play together with me or something, pm or post here.
by the way when you are playing it online, how are you rating mario kart ds so far?

Oh snaking is when you use a car with either good handling or good drift to powerslide on straight aways. You know when you turn a corner and the orange sparks fly from the back of your car followed by a breif increase in speed? Snaking is doing that but not just during turns. So basicaly, they're getting speeds boosts throughout the race while your going half their speed. Its really cheep and in my opinion its frowned upon. If you see some one snaking, just disconnect snakers shouldn't be getting wins.

Wow, never knew that.
And sometimes when i vs. some people they go from like one side of the track to another. I think its because of wi-fi. And they cant detect each move that the kart makes or something....

You can only play where there is a wireless internet connection available. But most places has an internet hotspot. they said they set up internet wireless connections in a mcdonald's place around the world. but if you have your own, then this will save you from traveling back and forth to mcdonalds to play.

wifi only works with fast internet connections, so i guess not. it can work with stuff like internet cable routers...so that way, it'll knock off the slow connections like dial-up, gameplay is pretty smooth and almost lagless amazingly.
