im not asking for help with making a mod or someone make a mod for me, i want to know if theres aprogram/mod out there that will bind a mod to a map so when ever somoen dl's it on battle net the map will be modded, but they dont need a program to run the mod with, only needing the map?

There is a program that allows you to mod data files inside maps (SCMLoader), but it requires that all people are running SCMLoader.

There is no program that can force clients to download a mod instead of map in a generic Battle.net game.
