You can't get players to automatically learns thigns, but you could give them the money to do it.

Don't make the computer spawns static, make them random. Have a secluded area of the map for each comp.
Have triggs like this

Of course you would change that for how many zerglings you would want. Then repeat that for each type of unit the comp can spawn.
