Hordecraft

What is Hordecraft?
Hordecraft is a Conversion of the Zerg and Terran Races.

Tools Being Used::Datedit,TBLPad,IceCC,RetroGRP,Memgraft


Things being chanegd will range from Dat files to Iscripting.

Infested Mining Colony crahses when built.

IceCC is malfunctioning and won't edit my Overlord Iscript.

I like the Spore Tower, and the Spawning Pit looks weird. Make it like an underground hole which they pop out of.

I'd love to make them pop out,but unfortunatley the Hatchery is hardcoded to make larvae.

Suggestions: remove the shadow from the hatchery (in iscript), and change the hatchery's size so larva walk around inside it.

Beat me to it. disgust.gif But yea use some of the original betas like give the defiler its attack, All zerg buildings produce larvae, Queen have glave wurm attack and if you can find it use the original mutalisk attack or enhance it.

And also improve the spawning pit to maybe have a idle attack like sunken colony.

I've have already given the Defiler attack.Through some Iscripting I should make the overlrod attack as well.Where are the GRP's for the beta nydus canal?

Just my thoughts on Mini_Gooses's suggestion, but besides the fact that a Beta Starcraft has already been made, making all the known Beta changes isn't exactly original -- the mod would do better to include something new all around.

Just my opinion.

Of course we all know that but sometimes borrowing ideas out of it helps the mod as well.


And if your giving the overlord and attack make it do the air suicide one its funny because there so huge and they just crash into there enimies.

And to add spunk to your map because people just build 200 overlords and thats it why not make it more interesting and make it have a life timer of 1200. mellow.gif

Yopu want me to work tongue.gif.But I like the suiciding overlord idea.And ot help compensate for losing the overlords,I will have SPawning pit(Hatchery) Lair and Hive have some more control wink.gif

Thanks for the feedback!My iscript I believe though is that I don't know how to use it tongue.gif.I'm downloading IceXP and going to try that out.It's layout looks nice.Jeremy,as much as I want people to help or something,this is my first mod,so I'm taking it solo.Sorry blink.gif

What do you mean glitch. Arent you suppose to switch the idle status and then it wait what am I saying air units burrowing is the craziest idea ever.

Also I have another suggestion. You know in the starcraft cinamatics how hives are like 20x bigger then ultras and stuff. Why not make some of the buildings loadable but not moveable for example.

A sunken colony could act like a sunken object were if possible for every small or big unit inside it adds 5 damage to the sunk or it could be used a shelter defence.

Cloak is hardcoded to ghost and wraith and burrow is hardcoded to drone, zergling, hydralisk, defiler, and infested terran. (And heros, of course.)
