I learned that moderators were capable of seeing/posting hidden threads. I assume it is only Global Moderators. I was wondering if Clan Moderators are capable of making/viewing the hidden topics. If so, are they able to choose who views it? It would be convenient to have in clans for a to-do list, and some other ideas.

Clan Moderators can view hidden threads, and I believe they can hide threads as well. However, you can't choose who sees the threads or not, only the moderators of that forum (and Admins, Gmods, etc) will be able to see it.

No, and clan moderators cannot warn either, but voyager is right with the hidden topic things.
Oh and Clan moderators cannot edit topics either...

No, only people with access the their respective Clan Control Panels can do that.
