Well, what follows is my attempt at creating extended terrain, bear in mind these are my first attempts, and I Realize some smaller areas are blocky, but I don't have the time to find the pieces to fix them right now.

Sorry about the large image size.

1. Large images in width and length are good. Large filesize is bad.
2. This terrain is bad. Reasons:
A. theres really nothing extended about it as far as i can see.
B. Its BLOCKY
3. Advice:
A. Do something that looks like extended terrain.
B. Concentrate on blending things.
C. Make sure all cliff blending is not totally straight or a constant mirror.

A bridge and a ramp, not too bad.
But why is it pasted over a huge area of Twilight terrain?

Er well, The bridge is in a shortened form, and that ramp is also about chopped in half connecting closely with the doodad. The twilight on the other hand is supposed to be a cliff made out of sunken terrain.

If it's your first then it isn't too bad. Do something a little more extended next time.

I'd rate it 7/10, even if it was your 100th try. For a second i was like OMG WTF? because I th ought it was jungle and twilight terrain together. Anywayz, nice job.

Sorry it took so long to reply, I've been really busy. Thanks for the compliments, I was wondering if someone that is more experienced could help me with extended terrain.

Try PMing someone with terrain that you like. Check out some of the terrain in the Terrain ladder and Hall of Fame(it is a pinned topic). smile.gif

You forgot to bold the -Ex part. Ending posts with names is spam and averse to the rules.

The terrain is ok, but I too would like to know why it's pasted over twilight.
