You mean the account "SEN"? Upon joining the channel it gets ops automatically.
It can kick/ban people and, uh... that's about all.

The only way for someone other than SEN to get ops in op SEN is for SEN to "/designate" that person.When SEN leaves, that person gets ops, if that person ever leaves they lose ops and designation.
