[sub]Cool, I remember 1v1ing Yenku on a map that used this same idea.

Red's expansion is right in front of the ramp where as the others are more off to the side. I would like to see something done with the middle to, right now it just seemds wide open and boring.

Besides those two things, very nice map. Could be a bit more visually appealing, but that comes in time.[/sub]

All the ramps are meant so that the Zerg won't have to 3 hatch if they don't want to. Unfortunatly for Red, his nat gas is going to interrupt zerg units coming down. I'm not sure how to fix that without screwing up the gas issue, or moving the gas to be on the same side as the minerals. I can try jazzing up the middle, but I want to play this map before I change anything just yet. Will you game with me? AIM me at slicksalsa.

The mains have doodads that are hard to see in the picture, but they look okay if you see them in game or in the editor.

I like the title of it.

I love it. It was a bit unexpected from you, I thought you would try something a little more ridiculous. Purple's Start looks a little bit more crammed. I dont think it would pose any real problem for balance, but it could be an advantage to someone in a weird micro situation early on.


Haha, I meant to post this earlier, but I didnt before i got on the bus it was here when i got home.

ADDITION:
Psycho's maps are usually a little unappealing in the map pic, but then I always play on it and it feels and looks pretty good. Once I play it this weekend, Im sure Ill have more to say. But for now I gotta study, I have a double period test tomorrow for an AP class.

Thats unfortunate.

Anywho, Im willing to play on it again tonight, hopefully we get more out of it this time.
Uh, what I noticed, is that the game is entirely changed due to the gas nat and the small main. But its not a bad thing, its done pretty well.

New version in first post.

I enlarged the mains a bit, spiced up the middle with 4 gas expos, changed the nats to mineral only, and overall made the map look a lot better.

Please open it up in the editor to critise it aesthetically, because the dirt doodads just don't show up well in the image.

Is it just me, or is blue's main smaller?

This is a fun map to play on, even if I lost tongue.gif It really does look nice in game.
