http://www.flashkit.com/loops/ has a lot of sound loops in Mp3 and Wav file formats.

Did you try FlashKit? I used to go there for all my sound loops when I made a few bounds (that I never finished, and probably never should... >_<). The issue is that there are thousands of loops, so you have to listen to tons of smaples before you find what you want.
