Print Screen -> MSPaint -> Photoshop.

no i mean like use hyper cam or w/e and turn it into a GIF file

Yes, use hypercam, then use a program to create/convert GIFs, then resize and compress them if necessary. Finally, upload them to imageshack or a site that hosts GIF images, then you can use the URL hotlink to use on SeN as a avatar or part of your sig.

Thxs i just did it
