Okay....I tried installing StarForge on this computer and I downloaded common controls and VBruntimes BUT when I tried to open StarForge, an error message popped up.

Run-time error '5': Invalid procedure call or argument

What can I do to fix this problem?

Yeah you have to have SC installed to run SF. This is because it referances files in the Starcraft folder.
