saying 'How are you doing?' is the lamest way to start a dead conversation am i rite? It is also the most used way to start a conversation. The purpose for this tread to come up with, ingenious conversation starters.

lame convo starter.
me: 'How are you doing?'
them: fine.
[end of convo]

ok here is my funny convo starter.
me: HI
them: HI
me: BUSH SUCKS!
them: LOL YEAH I HATE HIM 2

.... and it keeps going like a 10 min conversation.

ok guys come up with better conversation starters instead of lame old, 'how are you doing?' and 'how is the weather?'

its a social issue! why do we say 'How are you doing?' too often!! while replies really suck.
