Hey why not have "SEN certified maps"? test and viewed my SEN members?

Maps that are in the DLDB are already "SEN certified" -- that's why the administration usually carefully chooses the right DLDB keepers.

They first have to be good enough to be approved and added to the database in the first place, and the exceptional ones are put in the map spotlight. Also, you can see what others think by reading the reviews. Everything you're talking about is already being done in some form or another. If you have any new ideas, talk about them in the v5 forum, where changes are likely to be implemented.
