Excuse me if this has been asked too commonly. It's just that I'm in a hurry and all, anxious, and can't really wait or anything. Please beside my rude behavior.
I'm wondering "How do I submit maps to this site so my friends can Download It?" It's just that my StarCraft connection pretty much is bad, latency is causing my game rooms to not be accessable, and that I lag bad. Can someone please tell me how I can submit my map to this site?

If it's also not too much of a problem, I would also like to ask why is my computer so laggy. Could it be doing with my processing? When I used Ctrl + Alt + Delete, and I click the Performance Tab, it's always going to 100% when I'm on StarCraft.

If you click on the "Mapping" tab at the top of the page and go to the "Download DB", you can click on the "Add a File" link to add a file to our database.
Files submitted to the DLDB need to reviewed by a Staff member before being accepted, so taking into account current Staff activity, you'll probably need to wait the standard four to six weeks to have your map show up in the list.
Note: Right now you can't upload any files to the DLDB; this is a bug and will hopefully be fixed soon.

In short, uploads are down.
